Yoga Class Descriptions

Yoga For  Athletes
Is designed to enhance athletic performance through strength building of the core, stretching and relaxing of muscles and mental focus .  

Hatha Yoga
This gentle to mid-paced class focuses on using the breath in combination with the yoga postures (asanas) to allow the body to open and start to release tension, tightness and stress. This class will encourage development of strength, balance, co-ordination and flexibility of your body, mind and spirit.

Yoga Flow
Is a series of sequenced postures that seamlessly flow together. Flow allows members to move in and out of poses quickly it is a more intense style of yoga that is fast paced.

Nutrition - (also called nourishment or aliment) is the provision, to cells and organisms, of the materials necessary (in the form of food) to support life. Many common health problems can be prevented or alleviated with a healthy diet.

Health & Nutrition Coaching Packages:

All nutritional packages include; personal calendar schedule, weekly weigh-ins, analysis, one-on-one direction.
