Class Descriptions
CycleFIT - . CycleFit is a high-energy indoor cycling class set to motivating music and led by a dynamic instructor who guides you through intervals, climbs, sprints, and active recovery. This high-intensity workout torches calories and boosts your fitness.
Aquafit - Our Aquafit classes offer a full-body workout that’s easy on the joints but big on results. Use the resistance of water to supercharge your workout.
BoxFIT - An upbeat class designed to challenge your cardio, strength, and stamina. The class will work on footwork, strength and stamina, bag work allowing you to focus on technique properly working on hitting the bag in a safe and challenging fashion.
Qi Gong A component of traditional Chinese medicine that combines movement, meditation, and regulation of breathing to enhance the flow of qi (an ancient term given to what is believed to be vital energy) in the body. The rhythmic movements of Qigong are reported to reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system.
HIIT Class - Get ready to unleash your inner fitness warrior in our 45-minute HIIT class! No matter your skill level, this high-energy class is your ticket to a healthier, happier you. Join us for a heart-pounding, sweat-inducing session that's as exhilarating as it is effective. With a mix of dynamic exercises, upbeat tunes, and a supportive community, you'll discover that getting fit can be an absolute blast. Let's sculpt, sweat, and smile our way to a fitter you!
Lower body Bootcamp - Sculpt, strengthen, and power up from the ground down. This high-energy class targets your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves through a mix of resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and explosive cardio. Expect squats, lunges, deadlifts, and dynamic movements designed to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you feeling unstoppable.
Yoga - This all-levels yoga class blends breath work, stretching, and gentle flow sequences to improve flexibility, balance, and inner calm. It also incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas, and props to assist with the poses.

Join our Aquafit classes.
Aquafit allows for a full body workout without any strain on joints. Each class blends cardio, strength, and mobility training, all from the comfort of our pool.
Each class is 45 minutes long, making it the perfect addition to your daily or weekly workout routine. Our Aquafit classes are perfect for Seniors, pre/post-natal fitness, injury recovery and anyone who wants a fun, effective workout without the sweat.
Develop strength and fitness with a variety of circuit classes.
In these classes, expect the instructor to set up stations that you'll rotate through for the majority of the class. Stations typically combine strength and cardio to maximize your workout potential.
You'll likely encounter a wide variety of equipment, such as Bosu balls, TRX straps, and kettlebells, but some stations might not use any equipment at all - think jumping jacks and push-ups!
Unwind with some yoga sessions.
Our yoga classes use traditional yoga techniques to engage your body, mind, and spirit as you improve your mental and physical strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Yoga and Gentle Yoga are perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
You can also take advantage of our Qi Gong classes which are an ideal compliment to the yoga classes being offered through Energy.
