Energy Fitness Class Schedule

TUESDAY

10am-11am Qi Gong A component of traditional Chinese medicine that combines movement, meditation, and regulation of breathing to enhance the flow of qi (an ancient term given to what is believed to be vital energy) in the body. The rhythmic movements of Qigong are reported to reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system.

5:30pm-6:15pm-HIIT with Christopher-Get ready to unleash your inner fitness warrior in our 45-minute HIIT class! No matter your skill level, this high-energy class is your ticket to a healthier, happier you. Join us for a heart-pounding, sweat-inducing session that's as exhilarating as it is effective. With a mix of dynamic exercises, upbeat tunes, and a supportive community, you'll discover that getting fit can be an absolute blast. Let's sculpt, sweat, and smile our way to a fitter you!

6:30pm-7:15pm-Full body strength and conditioningUnlock your full-body potential in just 45 minutes! Our strength and conditioning fitness class welcomes all skill levels with open arms. Get ready to sculpt and strengthen every muscle group while having a blast. Our expert instructor will guide you through a dynamic workout that's not only effective but also a whole lot of fun. Join us and experience the joy of leveling up your strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a supportive and enjoyable environment. Let's make every minute count on the journey to a stronger, fitter you!

WEDNESDAY

6:00am-7:00am - Adaptive Yoga for EveryBODY with Jessie - Adaptive yoga is a slow pace, gentle yoga with of props to assist with the poses, and is very person-centered.

THURSDAY

7:15am-8:15am Full Body Flexibility with Chris - A one hour full body stretching program. The class is structured to increase range of motion, reduce tension and provide greater mobility.

8:30am-9:30am Balance and Core with Chris - A gentle class with a focusing on balance enhancement and core strengthening.

10am-11am Qi Gong - A continuation of Tuesday’s session

5:30pm-6:30pm Yoga Flow with Jessie - Yoga that incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas

6:30pm-7:30pm MJ’s Boxing Class- (Temporarily suspended for summer) an upbeat class designed to challenge your cardio, strength, and stamina. The class will begin as a circuit style class with an upbeat mix to work on footwork, strength and stamina. The second half of the class with focus on bag work allowing you to focus on technique properly working on hitting the bag in a safe and challenging fashion.

SATURDAY

8:30-9:30am-Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Angela - A yoga flow for anyone with an interest in yoga.




Energy Fitness offers a wide variety of classes led by a diverse team of fitness instructors. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, our instructors will provide you with challenges to match your abilities.

Classes are available for a fee, booking and pricing options are available thru the MindBody website or app on your smartphone!

Develop strength and fitness with a variety of circuit classes.

In these classes, expect the instructor to set up stations that you'll rotate through for the majority of the class. Stations typically combine strength and cardio to maximize your workout potential. You'll likely encounter a wide variety of equipment, such as Bosu balls, TRX straps, and kettlebells, but some stations might not use any equipment at all - think jumping jacks and push-ups!

Unwind with some yoga sessions.

Our yoga classes use traditional yoga techniques to engage your body, mind, and spirit as you improve your mental and physical strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Yoga and Gentle Yoga are perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

You can also take advantage of our Qi Gong classes which are an ideal compliment to the yoga classes being offered through Energy.
